Also, Oka managed to kick me, so I'm moved over. He is also staying to help anyone with the same problem.
The reason I say that is because, if Nexon is to ever change our guild name back, it'd have to be available for them to do so. Which means it'd probably have to have 0 members in it.

Yep, that is probably true.
The problem is, from what I've read, SOMEONE cannot escape no matter what. My lock has merely been passed off on someone else. The only way to really get rid of everyone (in theory) is to delete the final noob in the guild.
I might be wrong, but this is the theory going now.

Even if we're down to zero members, it'll just be a ghost guild.

Of course, there's the issue of how much approval is needed for the constitution to take effect. I'd like unanimous approval if possible. It will almost certainly need to be revised at least once.
Things to consider:
Procedure for proposing, voting on, and approving changes to the constitution.
Procedure for proposing, voting on, and approving other decisions (possibly drawing distinctions between different kinds of decisions?).
What special role, if any, the leader has.
Any other special roles that might exist and how one comes to hold those positions.
Procedure for impeachment of leader/other special people
Ehhh....on second thought, that's probably a lot more formality than is needed. All we really need is a way of proposing and approving decisions to be made. As a first cut, I suggest proposals be done as new threads by any voting member (see below for definition), with 48 hours of debate and revision followed by 48 hours of voting (public ballot unless a feasible way of doing secret ballot is found). Votes can be Yes, No, or Abstain. At least 70% of the non-abstain votes are needed to pass the resolution. There must be at least 5 votes by the end of the voting period for it to pass. Abstentions do not affect the percentage, but do count towards the minimum vote quota. Members must be in the guild for 7 days before being a voting member.
That's what I propose. I'm not sure about the numbers. What do you guys think?
EDIT: Just forget the whole thing. Apparently we can't agree on what a "member" is.

vote: yes
I think it's a good idea, a member can be easily defined, that can be our first vote...what are the proposals for a "member"?

I don't see the point in this at all.

[T]eamIDB is no more. If you paid for your guild slot, you're entitled to a refund.
I'm also leaving the forums and IDB-IRC.
