It's not written in stone yet, but i'm thinking about changing a few things in my BD kit...

HP: 227
Str: 215
Def: 204

Non-lab, training all to 250 boost

Set:
Kacheek Life Potion
Faerie Tabard
Ghostkerbomb
Ring of the Lost
Magical Marbles of Mystery
Dusty Magic Broom
Wand Of Reality
And a blank slot (just sold F-ray)

SDB has an assortment of Thick smoke bombs, Jade elixirs, Downsize!, Ylanas Blaster, 50% reflectors, Leaf Shield, and a Clawed Shield

Budget is about 10 mill but I can shoot for higher. MMoM will be Heavy Blue Tunic as soon as I see a price I like.

Suggestions?
PCC to stack with WoR(sorry I don't have the time)
I'm leaning towards Buying a PCC, but since i'm defensive-minded I'm also considering getting Dark Faerie Collar (which would mean selling the DMB and putting RoTL into storage (not gonna sell that)) or perhaps Yooyuball Player Sling

There's also a chance that i'll go with Mask of Coltzan and the YPS. That would mean getting rid of the tabard but i'd be horribly open to air
The thing is, at some point any battler could end up being open to any icon...I think it's great to think defensive but just remember that there will always be a chance to recieve damage regardless of your level of battling.
When I look at your set, what I notice jumping out at me is that you don't have a true number one slot attacker. You have a bunch of very nice, very useful weapons and in general they make sense as a set, except for that obvious hole. When you freeze an opponent, you're left blasting him with the G-Bomb (VERY NICE), and a Wand of Reality??? The second isn't all that great. You could improve this on the relative cheap with a Honey Potion (though not by all that much), a Rainbow Clockwork Grundo (not all that cheap, and still a once per battle item), and what you really need - a good, number one position attacker (Pirate Captains Cutlass or Sword of Skardsen). If your investment in a freezer pays off to the point where you get someone frozen, MAKE IT COUNT! I realize that the SoS if largely discounted by both the Ring of the Lost and the G-Shield, however, against a frozen opponent, it's irrelevent. Also, if it draw's a G-Shield from your opponent, you're at worst doing no damage and getting hit with no damage from that matchup. I prefer the Pirate Captains Cutlass (harder to defend), but it's also more pricey.

The Clawed Shield and Bow of Destiny don't really add much to your set if you have a true #1 attacker, and these can be fine sources of nps for upgrades, particularly since you have a Ylanas Blaster that can slide in as an alternative attacker without a big dropdown from the BoD and at a much more attractive price.

I'm not crazy on the Dark Faerie Collar idea, as you have a better dark defender already and a weapon that beats it head-to-head in the Ring of the Lost. It also doesn't address your offensive need for a heavy hitter. There are other upgrades you can look at, and some you've mentioned, but I think the lack of a true, multi-use offensive attacker is your biggest weakness and the place where you'd get the most bang for your buck - this coming from another defensive oriented battler.
