If anyone doesnt have a use for neocash, I suggest they get a capsule. There's a chance of getting a rare item code from them which you can then sell for NP.

They have a game that occasionally gives out 150 free NC, they just gave 150 free NC to absolutely everyone on the site, and you can buy NC online or on gift cards at certain stores. It's a relatively new system -- give them time! How else would you like to be able to get NC, anyway?
I think this was a great idea. A lot of items are 150 NC or less, so we have many different choices.
