This might be old news, since this has apparently been around for at least a year on cable TV in the US (and since at least '99 in Japan). But how many people have heard about and seen the Ninja Warrior competition? It's basically the world's coolest obstacle courses tailored specifically for ninjas. If the challengers screw up any of the obstacles then they fall into water, and they don't get a second chance during that competition. Oh, and most of the courses are timed.

There's also a podcast available with a boatload of videos.
Is this not the coolest thing ever?

You know you're hooked when you know the favorites by name
. (Then again, I'm also not very interested in the female version of Ninja Warrior.) I think I've watched each of the videos twice, minus the American competition stuffs (which wasn't all worth the first watch).
