A rez is a resurrection, where the person is brought back from the dead.
We don't know what happened to Cyclone because his role was most likely taken by an heir, and now someone else has it, so his role is kept secret, in case the heir is known.

It depends. Sometimes, usually in the case of a one man team (OMT), the player can specify another person that they wish to be their heir. The designated heir then loses their old role and gets the new one upon the original person's death. A more common type of heir is the
heir role. The heir starts off with no role, but gains the role of the first person to die. There's usually only one heiring off per game.

Also, I agree with you trains, if there is a rezzer, rez ooga because I'm assuming cyclone was a zombie? because of the tracking. That heir will be hard to find w/o a dreamer.
