The robotiziser looks very tempting, but there's also a 12 icon blaster sitting there. I have enough for one, but not both.

I was just wondering whether one of those Yvana Blasters would fit into my current set, and what i should replace.

-Golden Compass
-Steaming Skeem potion
-Scrab Ring
-Scroll of Freezing
-Honey Potion
-Patched Magic Hat
-Essence of Esophagor
-Greater Healing Scroll
I would defintely go for the blaster its a great BD weapon, and if you think about it the robitizer wont get you any money, but the blaster will

I would replace Essence of Esophagor
Since you're using your points rather than buying it with cash, wait at least a week to see what (if anything) happens to the Blaster.

That said, it most closely resembles your Steaming Skeem Potion (though the two don't stack especially well). Alternatively, though, it maybe time to ditch your Scarab Ring. Your choice is pretty much between those two.
I would say it bests scarab ring at least if you plan on battling alot in the near future. These blasters are going to be very common- and they beat scarab ring, despite scarab ring acting at it's full potential. Judging by your steaming skeem potion, your a two-player battler to some extent, so this will be important to you.
These RoS blasters seem to be worth keeping since the first thing is that the price is right with war points and if it averages about 12.5-12.6 icons then I have found my alternative to BoD only because of the price
Who else just can't help but think of the blaster as a new Sinsis Sword?

Swap out EoE or Scarab.

Not all of us are that out-of-date when it comes to weapons, Wink. (Then again, I came in during the Florbix Blaster generation.) That, and it doesn't have any Light. Rather, it's more like a Fire-added, defenseless Makeshift Ships Hammer or an Air-added Garoo Elite Blaster.
MoC
FTab
GShield
Sophies
Cloudy Wand

From a defensive standpoint, off the top of my head, that's all I'd throw at it to be honest. If doubled up it only gets 12 through GShield and 9 through FTab, which is disappointing, but you can almost match an opponent running 13 iconer + GShield, which is ok. I have one equipped just because I have an open slot.

Personally I'm not afraid of a downgrade, the things hit the ground running at 500k+ and its getting hard to buy for 800k. I posted one on the TP to do a price check and got multiple 800k offers, and quite a few over 600k.

Even if they get downgraded it won't be as low as 8 icons, probably to 10-11, and you wouldn't lose much NP if you bought for under 800k even if that happened.

I vote you save your points and just buy a Blaster off the TP. =P

I jumped to that mental comparison straight away, so I resent that. Toungue

Let's lay off the Blaster plaudits till 2 April, please, people? Smile
