Shattered, it's an all-baddie game. I did one of those, NPM did one... it's a stretch, but it follows the basis of werewolf, teams and executions.

Edit: Paralysis can also be inflicted by moves like Body Slam. Paralysis can be mentally induced by Glare.

Dark and Steel were added for GSC. If you're a real Pokemon geek, you know that they actually added the ??? type too. (The move Curse is ???)
