thanks, it's probably the 2nd or 3rd time I've broken 5000 posts =P, I posted on post milestones like a 5200 milestone I think.

anyways back to the game:

vote: Josh
type : dragon
Rox Wrote:Miyu, this is 1st Gen. The steel element hasn't been intro'd yet.

Oh, and Grimer learns Acid Armor too.

The extent of my Pokeman knowledge : I think I've watched two pokemon episodes... or it was a movie.. either way I know very little.
Besides, where does it say that execution styles have to be generational? It just says - water, fire ground, etc.. metals can be found in the ground. Toungue
I am the Earth, and most of elements are me!

No Katya, since we are just covering the first generation, the game mechanics only cover them.
Execution, Day 2

Mew sparkled and floated above everyone's heads as they made their decision. They wished to execute Rox this time, using Water again. Mew turned upside down.

"Mew?"

It opened clear blue eyes and surrounded itself with same-color spheres of water. The bubbles shot at Rox in one straight line, slamming him like two-ton weights, over and over and overandoverandoverandoverbrrrrrrzzzzzbbbbbbpppppow.

The floating-rock Pokemon, Geodude, slumped to the ground. "Geo.... dude." It was scooped into a Pokeball by a passing Nurse Joy and rushed off to the Pokecenter.

Summary: Rox was executed by Bubblebeam. It was super-effective. He fainted, and was the Rock-type Pokemon Geodude.
Summary:
The Red Trainer caught a Pokemon.
The Yellow Trainer caught a Pokemon.
The Blue Trainer caught a Pokemon.
Final_Phyre was attacked by Thundershock. He is now Paralyzed.
Q77 was attacked by Ember.
Kittenz was attacked by Water Gun. It was super-effective, and she fainted. She was the Fire Pokemon, Vulpix.
Final_Phyre was attacked by Low Kick. It was not very effective.
Meuka_Follower was attacked by Psywave. He fainted. He was the Normal Pokemon, Jigglypuff.
Metalwarrior was attacked by Tackle.
Rhey was attacked by Tail Whip. Her defense was lowered.
Garfield22222 was attacked by Water Gun. It was not very effective.
Heidi12345 was attacked by Bubble. It was not very effective.
Mike was attacked by Leech Seed.
Matt_hui_ck was attacked by Ember. He is now Burnt.
Heidi12345 was attacked by Leer. Her defense was lowered.

Plot later. =[ I didn't stop to think about how long the plots would be when I started this game.

Also, guys, please send your actions in regular WW format; that is, give me more than one name! Toungue
I've been tailwhipped! Rattatta?
Water Gun = Squirtle?
Leech Seed = Bulbasaur?
Thundershock = Pikachu?
There were two Embers... so.. two fire pokemon? Well, now that Vulpix is gone, I guess that'd make one. Perhaps Charmander if the previous were actually Squirtle and Bulbasaur.

This makes me want to play pokemon now..
Bubble... I guess a water type attacked me. So many water types... is hard to say who it would be. Poliwag is the first one that comes to mind though.

There was also another 2 water gun attacks. So at least 3 water pokemon...

EDIT: Just had a look through pokemon handbook quickly. Krabby, Poliwag, and Horsea seem to be the ones with Bubble straight away
uh squirtle is an obvious water with bubble...

I g2g to work but I'll be back to look at the plot / events
Final_phyre is either bug, poison or psychic. Those three types kinda contradict each other, but I just thought I'd point that out. EDIT: I'm presuming, since Phyre got slowed down on the first night, that they used Leer, which knocks out the idea of them being psychic. So I think they're either a Scyther, a Nidoran (M) or an Ekans.

vote: Final_Phyre, type: Psychic

Don't like the idea of an Arbok, Scyther or Nidoking strutting about the place.

Oh yeah, and Rox was a geodude, told you so. Toungue
So Heidi and Garfield were attacked by Water attacks and they both were not very effective. That means they are either Grass, Water, or Dragon, right? Just something I wanted to point out...

And Matty, could Phyre not be Weedle? Weedle is Bug/Poison...
Okay, please someone correct me if I'm wrong on this. In first generation, there are the following types of Pokemon:

Water
Fire
Electric
Fighting
Normal
Ground
Poison
Psychic
Dragon
Grass

Am I missing any? I understand Water through Poison, at least I'm assuming I do. Could someone explain the last few to me? At least, what kind of attacks they might display?
Psychic moves include moves that confuse pokemon, like confusion. Teleport is also a Psychic move to escape battles.

Dragon is a very rare class. Most attacks are very strong. Some, like Hyper Beam must be charged up. Also, Dragons are weak to other Dragons.

Grass is one of the basic classes. Some typicaloves are seed shot, solar beam, and leaf cutter. Grass includes many different types of attacks. Some put others to sleep, some drain HP, some paralyze. Often Grass and Poison go together.

Also, you are missing Ice and Rock. Ice is similar to Water, but stronger and can freeze pokemon. Stone many times goes with Ground. Stone attacks focus on either very strong attacks or a very strong defence.

Ghost is another type you are missing. Ghost is my favorite type because it mixes a bit of everything. Ghost can put others to sleep, can confuse, and can poison. Also something strange is that Ghost can learn some Psychic moves, but Ghost and Psychic are like opposites!
