As far as I can tell, there are no Fire-type stat increasing moves.

TOSO, why kill of someone so injured already? we can just take him out easier if he proves to be a problem.

for now. I don't think ice has any stat-ups, I don't remember anything but fire being resistant, and it's super effective to flying and dragon. (and grass and ground, I think)

I agree that ice is a good idea and I dont think it has any defensive moves.

How do levels play into this game?
Are we dealing with Pokemon, with their starter moves? Rather than moves, which they gain by leveling?

I dont think there are levels as Tanner said nothing about it. Though, I'm not sure what moves each pokemon started with.
