How about suggestions?
I enjoyed that the puzzles where VERY hard in sloth plot, means I'm going to have to rush and get my np's earned in a hurry to buy the final prize.
I've got an idea for the ultimate war that I want to toss around.
One wave per week. A long time to max out on it. The first and weakest opponent is "free" the 2nd and third wave require that you solve two rounds of puzzles. There is a third, hardest round of puzzles for bonus points. These puzzles are of a style where everybody's are different. Second is same as first but harder, third same as second but much harder. Importantly no multi person interactive challenges. Save those for plots, if there "must" be one, place it near the end of the war. Do provide limits, DO tell us what they are. If there are only 135,000 icy skeletons in existence, that's a limit, being better and faster lets you get more of them, but it's still a limit, so now let us all have 100 screaming stones, and get told there's only 100.
This setup requires, for maximum points that you be smart, and have a solid battle pet. But also gives you opportunity for a healthy score from merely being smart.
Comic updates on Monday, with wave, Thursday, no wave, and the easiest puzzle now has a hint. Friday the medium puzzle gives a hint. Saturday the hint for the hardest is revealed. When the next wave is released on Monday the previous puzzle is locked, and the wave is replaced with the new one.
First wave comes at part 3. Fourth and last wave 9. Part 11 starts the multi person activity and a boss. In a perfect world the boss could reasonably be taken down by what happens in the multi person activity, or possibly the battlers will wear it down, this can be managed by having the boss expand as it did in the ToW if it's going down too fast, just release a larger, nastier version. It should be a close contest between the two. The group that DOES take down the boss is suddenly worth double points.
