Right now im testing Anti Gravity Boots and it seems to be blocking air, but how can I show my results, and all that suff,do I have to some math?

So far 7 earth blocked, and 5 air

Pet Stats:
Hit Points: 79 / 79
Strength: AWESOME (63)
Defence: AWESOME (60)
Movement: GREAT (24)
Intelligence: ULTIMATE GENIUS (106)

Opponent: Mutant Grundo Scouts

now 6 air is blocked
6 earth blocked also
Defintely does not block physical, light, and fire
against Garoo Elite Junior Squadron
8 air blocked
Does not block any water either

Gotta go now, hope this information helps
Testing is not about how many icons you defend from who, it's about how much damage you reduce from somebody of known strength boost (in 1-p it's usually their HP).

Use these boosts:
[quot]List of Boosts and the Damage Multiplier
0 - 0.5
8 - 0.75
13 - 1.0
20 - 1.25
35 - 1.5
55 - 2.0
85 - 2.5
125 - 3.0
200 - 4.5
250 - 5.5
300 - 6.5
350 - 7.5
400 - 8.5
450 - 9.75
500 - 11.0
550 - 12.0
600 - 13.0
650 - 14.0
700 - 15.0[/quote]

First, you find out how much damage they should have done to you. Then, you compare that to how much damage you've taken. The difference is how much blocked. Bare in mind species resistances and currently known fractional icons in their offence. Subtract any damage blocked by any other source. This is now how much damage the item your testing is blocking. Now divide that by your defence boost multiplier and heir you have icons. Best to do it a few times against different boosts to be sure of how many icons are being defended (because it can be skewed due to fractionals).
awwwwww! man! I did it wrong, well its gonna be a while before I play neopets again, but once I come back I'll test it again

I'm just gonna take a guess that it block only 3 air and 3 earth, lets see if my prediction is true
You can read my article on how to test for defense:

it goes into a bit more detail than rylix's post, but is hopefully still simple enough to be easily understood.
Thanks a lot for the website!Big Grin
