Hi, I just can not decide what to add or upgrade to help my pet Starshine_01610. I play only 1p and my pet is a Peophin (15% resistance to water, 20% weekness to fire).

Ah, you're at that point where the only real upgrades cost millions. You will need a good healer very soon; I would suggest
Bag of Healing Dust because it will grow with you, no matter how many hit points you get, and it will work even if you change species. That should be priority #1.
You will also need a freezer -- you could try a
Snowglobe Staff or
Black Frost Cannon, but if you plan to be a battler for a long time to come, you should start saving for a 100% freezer like
H4000 Helmet,
Freezing Potion or
Golden Peophin Harp, whichever is cheapest (probably the harp, although it can be hard to find).
If you want some more attack power, the next decent step up is a 13-iconer like
Wand of Reality or
Bow of Destiny. (I wouldn't bother with the 11-iconers -- they're overpriced for their power and they're not enough of a step up from the comb.) If you can't afford a 13-iconer, you could get a
Honey Potion and use it until you can -- it's still good when your main attackers do 10 icons, and less useful once they do 13. Someday you will want a
Ghostkerbomb.
Prickly Potions could also help if you're fighting 1-player opponents who are much tougher than you, and when there isn't a "war" going on, they're reasonably priced.
Thank you so much for your help. I had the snowglobe staff and was thinking of the harp(really nice) but there are none for sale and just one in gallerys so I have little hope there, at least for now. Thanks again I am going to go do some price checks on the other wepons.

I recently bought a golden peophin harp for my peophin at 4.5m now my problem is earning enough nps to buy a wor...then my set would be complete for a while although yeah saving up for a Bohd would be grand...that would be like mission impossible for me.
I wouldn't buy anything big now, as everything useful has inflated in price because of the plot battling. Your set should get you through this plot, and then you can upgrade when prices go back down.
Maybe just grab the snowglobe staff to use for right now.
