ok, i need to re-build my set as efficient as i can, it needs to be an equil mix of 1 player and 2 player, and needs to be freeze, i have a fairly small budget to add to it (around 3 mill)
and i tend to battle more offensively rather than defensively
Also, my pet is a chia, so for a freezer im thinking of getting ICG.

Okay lets see where we can start:
First lets talk about upgrading the pike-pike
You have several options, either upgrade it to a TCG blaster, or Sword of Apocalypse
I personally am a fan of the blasters especially the goo blaster and Bzzt blaster (the better of the three)
Sword of Apocalypse, deals a nice icon amount, but I think the icons are too oftenly blocked in 2p, and sometimes in 1p.
2nd option is to upgrade it to a NQ items such as Ramtors Spellbook or Scuzzys Comb, again I like Ramtors Spellbook
Now you need a third constant for 2p, to keep your opponent guessing on what you are going to use
This is totally up to your choice, you might want to try a dual duty, like Golden Compass, Cloudy Wand of Storms, Frozen Wand of Crystals, Amulet of Inevitable Betrayal, Makeshift Ships Hammer, Sword of the Dead
Last but not least, throw in a leaf shield

Out of war you are going ot be getting ICG for about 2.5mil, maybe less, but that's the most pertinent upgrade for you at the moment. This will be the item in your first slot (bare with me), as you will 99.9999% of the time use your freezer first turn even if your opponent tries to steal they get nothing. Your second worst weapon goes in the next slot.
I understand P-Kiln is your way around G-Shield, but right now it's eating too much out of your budget to be worthwhile in your set, at least in my opinion. I'd try and sell it, out of war it's going to get you around 3.3mil which you can use, out of war, to get a BoD. BoD doesn't fair as well vs G-Shield, but couple with your Chia Species Ability your still going to get 7 icons through. This may not be enough, so i'm going to suggest
Steaming Skeem Potion as your tertiary weapon which will easily allow you to overpower most defensive battlers (species ability, BoD and SSP)- alternatively, Garoo Elite Blaster (which is slightly less useful against other types of defensive battlers and anybody with a scarab ring). For your other primary weapon i'm thinking mass light will come in handy (think F-Tab + G-Shield), in favour of
Staff of Righteous Fury but you can use your Pike Pike.
This would be, in my oppinion:
Icy Chia Goggles (1st Slot)
Scarab Ring (2nd slot, you'd be surprised when you can use it)
Bow of Destiny
Pike Pike/Staff of Righteous Fury
Steaming Skeem Potion
Downsize!
Greater Healing Scroll
Honey Potion
This would allow you to deal with all types of battlers in 2-p to some degree (so long as they aren't using SoS and/or PCC and a freezer) and gives you decent output in 1-p (13+10 icons ish per turn with a guaranteed freeze).
Normally for 1p, I would recommend getting Prickly Potions, but with your low stats I am not sure you would be able to beat a lot of the opponents to a point that would would be able make use of the potions, so you can probably hold off on them until you get more HP.
I would just buy the ICG and RSB and save to upgrade RSB to a TCG blaster and then BoD/WoR.
I think ICG is 2.1mil when not war inflated, but I am not sure how much it is now.
I would cut the scarab ring and Purple sticky hand from and add in the freezer, RSB and A Golden Compass leaving you with this set:

If you want to do some 1p, I would get an ECA and a PPot. Or train HP and get 2 PPots
