Didn't say you had to stop, said you should be careful. I've raised myself to the 125 boost in strength, but I know to stop my hitpoints at 149 or else I'll go into league 7

There's no punishment for going up a league. We don't want to inhibit your war score/prizes by restricting you or anything Sad

The leagues just exist for competition: if you care about the competition, stay in your league. If you care about building up your Pet and trying to get a good prize, train. Even if you grow outside your league, you can still compare your score to the highest scores in your "former" league (since your Pet will still be statistically close to theirs).
