These are the best ones I can think of
your only real options are
Snowglobe Staff,
Rainbow Frost Cannon, or
Black Frost Cannon. Keep in mind that they're all percentage freezers meaning that there isn't a 100% chance of freezing. Due to the war, they're all inflated in price but personally I reccomend the snowglobe staff as it would be the cheapest neopoints to freeze ratio...
You could also consider
Ancient lupe wand, but it's lupes-only and it does have a chance of breaking (I'm actually working on data for it)
yah i have tried the ancient lupe wand before and it was annoying having it break all the time so i gave up on it. thanks for the other optons tho
the best freezer you can get for that price is only a percentage freeze, Black frost cannon has the most chance of freezing for its price.
last time i checked (before this plot) it was around 350k
