I've been using Lucky Robots Feet to heal as needed. I also occasionally use a Scroll of Freezing for certain battles (like the space faerie).

Budget: I could probably spend up to 10 million. I've also got plot points from tale of woe and journey to the lost isle that I could spend, but it doesn't look like any of those weapons are very good.

I only do 1 player battles, mostly for plots, avatars and DON. I was trying for the space faerie avatar before the war started.

I know I need a 100% freezer. I'm looking for suggestions on which one to get. I think healing is my other big weakness, so any help there would be great. I'll probably hold off on any major purchases until the end of the current plot to avoid inflation. Thanks!

As far as 100% freezers go, I prefer Freezing Potion to H4000 Helmet -- two icons don't make a huge difference, but they do make a difference. You could also go with Magical Marbles of Mystery for just a bit more NP nowadays. All three freezers are pretty equally good, though; it's the 100% freeze you want, not really the icons. Just pick whichever is the best deal.

And you're right, healing is definitely your other big weakness, or at least it will be as you continue labbing. Right now a Greater Healing Scroll is still okay for you, but you will want a Bag of Healing Dust asap. The bag is reasonably priced now (or will be once war inflation dies down), and it will grow with you, no matter how long you lab.

I'm also not a big fan of the froozle, and would probably replace it with a Honey Potion. You will want a Ghostkerbomb eventually, but the healer and freezer should come first.

Scrap the Leaf Shield -- it's useless to you with such low defence. You should toss a Downsize! in there instead -- it can help you hang on for an extra round, especially when you have a lot of HP. Winged Scarab is also something to consider. The rest of your weapons are just fine for your level.

I love seeing things i don't see often (if ever). You take the cake with Exploding Froozle . However, it's average of 13.3 doesnt compare to the Honey Potion's minimum of 13.3 (and max of 16) as a bomb, and you should probably look into replacing (if not willing to sell such an awesomely named unique weapon)

That's all i have to add (other than i don't think GHS is very useful to you... at your HP+STR i'd rather just not use it)

Thanks for the advice. I've already switched the leaf shield for a Downsize. I'll definitely get a 100% freezer after the plot and a bag of healing dust as soon as I can. I don't think I really understand how the winged scarab works, although it seems to be highly recommended for lab rats. Got any idea how much I could get for the froozle? I might be willing to sell it, depending on the price.

How Winged Scarab Works for you:
You've probobly already seen the explanation on the idb's page on Winged Scarab.
This applies to you in that you have 18 strength, which puts you in the 1x multiplier for defence icons. This means Winged Scarab will stop ALL physical damage, except for 2 damage (not icons) which is still affected by your stance. Ie, if your using defend, you take 1.6 damage (rounded to 2) and if your using fierce you take 2.8 damage (rounded to 3) and ONLY if your opponent uses physical.
