Pure luck and P-pots? at least till i got 9 wins and now it does not work... i have been trying with scroll of freezing and have used it 5 times and still not broked, thank goodness.

Has this turned into the gloat and cry thread? maybe first post should be editted to reflect that ? *whistles*

Well, it seem so, since we have all info about the opponents and nobody bothers to do such gloat and gry thread, so we will use this for now

I tried to ask how to max out in a different threat in an attempt to get a g & c tacked onto it was an advice thread, but it got merged in, so it must belong here.

To whoever asked about the scoring: there will be a scoreboard for each league, and a separate Guild scoreboard (at least, I'm pretty sure that's how we handled it during JLI).

Guys, Riilan is tough. I tried to help a friend who's running a 213(?) HP and 85 Strength Boost Pet to get his fifth or so win, and without Prickly Potion I couldn't figure out a way (even with Prickly Potion, V-Shield can knock it to a 4-iconer based on their Boost). There's a 27.2% chance he uses Jade, and a 45.5% chance he uses H4KH (which is a death sentence to lower-end Pets playing off of any strategy).

If you guys could try to help each other, we'd really appreciate it. We Raters are running fairly busy getting this all together and such while still finding time to get in our own battling, and wartime is the most difficult time to figure out strategies and such because of the huge difference a single Boost or a little bit of HP makes.

I'm puzzling it myself, I'm calling my 4 a miracle, mostly gotten by doing damage before the jade. I might squeeze a few more by trying first turn freezes with a skill and withdrawing altrantated against wins on the 'spyders' to restore the hp.

My pet is 470HPs, 250 boost, 121 defense.

I am sitting at 40 wins now on Riilan. The only way I am getting wins anymore is using a freezing ability on the first move and hope it freezes him and he doesn't freeze back. I then bezerk with two constants and then freeze using my Fpot and do it again. I usually still have another move or two before I knock him out. If he uses Jade I have to restart again. He has just gotten too strong for my sad defense boost to handle.

I'm doing that trying to get a 5th win, something tells me it went up a boost after I got #4.
it's about a 3% chance that I can diamond dust a freeze and it uses jade in turn 1
then I just have to use the marbles in round 3 without it being a double freeze and I can pull it off... maybe.
I've just done 50 in a row trying for those odds and burned myself out... because it did doublefreeze on 3, twice.

Just a note, you can almost always tell a war opponents strength boost by looking at their HP, they correspond to each other. 50 attempts, that's quite impressive BTW.

I've been battling the Commanders and testing out the Ice SS on turns where I only need a little bit of damage to finish them off. So far 9/47. So it does seem quite likely that it's been DGed, too bad...

I'm persistent, and have an idea when to withdraw. I've now reached a point where even the commanders are taking dirty tricks to win. And it's upsetting me as I wanted to get a little further.

If I get even one more win on kii I'll be facing her at 250, and I know I won't win there, but I'd be content with it.

Edit: The commanders are doing more in a good hit then my hp, I'm maxed out there at 52 (200 hp)

A question popped up, and I thought I'd address it here.

With the release of the League Calculator, someone asked about overtrainig..
