@Kage: I believe Garoo Elite Cannon is actually one of the TCG blasters, just under another name. It deals 11 icons.
Virtuglove 4000 is definitely new.

I'ma stop battling for a while. I stand at my record of 64, 14, and 2 wins against each respective opponent. I can no longer one hit because I have an 18 icon constant. LOL

For those who are curious, here's the movesets. Both the Commander and Riilan each have one ability that I'm not aware of, and it blocks Water and/or Air. I'm possibly missing one or two moves on each of these, but I've battled each 30 times, and gotten more than 30 total turns against Riilan.
