I miss the old ones already. And I'm disappointed that yet another thing on our userlookups (apparently) require real life money to earn, or at least have to deal with a real-life thing. Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what the Key Quest will be.
I like the new buttons... despite their browness.
Why did they made all of then monocolor? Becasue they are TnT?
Someone decided sepia was in style. Which was stupid, because we're all using different skins, and they probably don't even match the standard Neo yellow.
Edit: Eh, I guess they kind of do. I didn't realize the headers for each section were blue in the default skin. That just makes the contrast weirder.
You can get them from events suchs as plots and bt, as rift said, by buying merchadise.
You don't have to buy merchandise however, to get it. You can get stuff in game supposedly but I suppose no one will know for certain until it comes out.

I'm pretty sure that on order to get the "special bonus prizes and additional features" you'll probably need one of the merchandise codes.... Ater all, ths IS about revenue and not players having fun....
I don't really like the new icons either, rather drab and dull. I much prefer shiny things

Heh, I do hope they let players like me who refuse to pay for Neopets stuff to participate in Key Quest too x) I'm thinking like what they did with wearables...*hopefully*
