I'm pretty sure that as a 200 booster, you can do MUCH better than just a 17 icon constant. It's time to move out of those weapons.

What's your budget?
There's guarantee this plot will even have any battling (although that would be rather dumb for a Sloth plot), let alone a full scale war.

So don't get your hopes up too high, although there's nothing wrong with preparation.

As for the advice,

I personally think using single use weapons in a war is a bad idea, except for battles you would be unable to win without the single uses, so you might want to SDB, or sell the single uses.

A shield is a replacement to consider. I like Sophies Magic Hat. Or if your don't have that many Neopoints, the classic Leaf Shield is always good, though it's already inflating. If you want to get it, you'd best get it now, before inflation gets worse.

And since you lab, you wouldn't be attached to your species, so you might want to replace your Greater Healing Scroll with one of the species %50 healers (Elephante Unguent, Gelert Healing Remedy, Kacheek Life Potion, ect.) and a Transmog/Morphing Potion of that species, and you can just morph, and suspend labbing for the war.

That's what I'm doing.
We don't know yet whether or not it will be a war/battleplot. If it is, though, your Pet's definitely strong enough to be able to compete. (Even the weakest of Pets can still manage a few wins against the weakest opponent.) From a prize perspective, who knows. You definitely wouldn't be pushing the high-end prizes, but I can't really say more than that.

Odds are you wouldn't be able to keep up with the cost of Thick Smoke Bombs through a war/battleplot. And muffins/single-use grenades tend to be more effective for pushing more victories (such as your Ornate Fighting Fan).

If a war/battleplot comes up, and given your health, you'd probably want to consider switching to a species healer (Kacheek Life Potion, Gelert Healing Remedy, Elephante Unguent, or I think one other I'm forgetting).

Nextly, if Prickly Potions are allowed, a second would be advantageous (however, they also nearly doubled in price overnight).

After that, your goal should be to consolidate your icon types with your weapons. Golden Compass and Makeshift Ships Hammer each do three icon types, and used together deal five. That increases your likelihood of seeing something blocked, whereas if you were using dual-Essence of Esophagor you'd only have to worry about if the opponent can block one of the two types (in that case, Earth and Water). It's also good to have a backup set of weapons in case the opponent can beat back your constants (Skeletal Fire Gun is my other recommendation).

Things will be extremely situational depending on any opponents we see, so I'm having to give my general recommendation and then hope for the best if you decide to follow it.
wOMG, at least you still have your Honey Potion. If you don't really need it, I suggest you sell it to put another quick 1.4mil towards your budget.
Another thing that helps a lot is having a freezer.

If you have the nps try to get one. MMM is at 8 mill on the tower. The F-potion was selling at 7.6 mill if you can manage to get one of those nice. If not try with the staff or any of the cannons but if you follow this path use that weapons once you have max out the enemies.

BEWARE: This advices are just in case there's some battling. If not you will be paying a lot for those weapons. Do you like to gamble?

I do not have much about a million + current weapons
You could consider Ramtors Spellbook or Scuzzys Comb.
