I haven't read much of this but I'm on my second "o" code still. I've been a little lazy.

What no update in the good ol' tunnels?

I can't open the decode door anymore... anyone else having it like that? I suppose i does not matter to me cause i completed it already...

I'd noticed that myself, as soon as I solved the decode door I wasn't able to enter it. But this was after the guards puzzle was released.
I'd put money (just a little) that the door for the decode is going to be the resistance room, be it war joining, or the next puzzle

I have not completed all the decoding and I can still open the door.

I think is because the "not legal" decoding that we can't open that door again. I wanted to read all the messages and try to arrange them by time.
Nothing yet?

Here I copied these after I completed each puzzle:
1. Clear through the weekend, but solar storms and sunspots may drench the whole system in Class-7 radiation. Apply sunscreen liberally.
2. Space will be clear and calm for the next several cycles, with a slight chance of plasma storm coming in from deep space.
3. Hey Morx, I got your message. We'll be having lunch down on the stations main deck some time this afternoon. Supposedly there's some interesting ships docking later today and Jixy wants to check them out. Seeya.
4. Did you guys here the explosions a while ago? I'm grounded 'cause mom caught me playing Evil Fuzzles again, and she cut off everything except neomail. Anyway, all I can see out my window is some weird-looking ships flying around.
5. Sporadic ion storms in the morning, with heavy ionization aftereffects in the early afternoon. Watch out for meteors.
6. Station Security Update: All sectors are calm. No alerts at present.
7. Security Station Update: Ignore previous alert. There is nothing to worry about. All mysterious ships in the docking bay are hereby considered authorized and may come and go as they please. Everything's fine, we're all fine, here, now, thank you.
8. No kidding! If Captain Rolls spent a tenth as much time fixing things as he spends complaining about them, nothing on this station would ever break down again. - G
9. Station Security Alert: There has been an unauthorized ship landing in the main docking bay. Sensor jamming prevents ship identification. Security Detachment Alpha, proceed to main docking bay immediately to secure un authorized vessel.
10. Corporal Griddix, I've told you half dozen times that the security officer position has already been filled. I know you're interested in it but it not going to happen, so just find something else to do, all right? - Sgt. Lands
11. Generators two and six in the southeast sector are on the fritz again. Bring up the spares from two-two-one, okay? - Zerp
12. Carv--don't leave the shop, just hide in back if you can. Sloth's minions have invaded the station, and they've taken over the main concourse. I have to go, there comi--
13. Multiphasic radar shows a singularity storm appoaching from along the galactic rim. Do not go outsidunder any circumstances.
14. I'm hiding out in the maintenance office -- none of Sloth's minions have broken in here yet but it is only a matter of time. Do you think they'll keep the station regular maintenance schedule? - Zerp
15. Staff, I went down to the maintenance tunnels yesterday and they are FILTHY! Gorix, you've been going down there constantly -- What are you doing if not cleaning? You ARE a janitor, if I'm not mistaken? If anything ever goes majorly wrong on this station we're going to have a heck of a lot of dirt to wade through just to fix it! Maintenance Captain Rolls
16. My lord, we've begun moving the civilians to the transport shuttles as planned. The public decks are all secure although we've had some trouble finding our way around the maintenance levels; there could still be traitors hiding in that maze. Nonetheless, shuttles should be ready to launch shortly, and then we won't have to worry about the civilians any more. - Commander Garoo
17. My lord, The main docking bay and civilian concourse are secure. We are also proceeding into other areas. Soon the station will be ours. - Commander Garoo
18. Heavy asteroid rain tomorrow, with a 30% chance of giant space fungus invading your brains.
19. Dear unsolicited decorations supplier, We have no desire to wallpaper our cafe in Juppie silk. Please do not appoach us again with goods or services or we will vaporise you. Sincerely, Gargarox Isafuhlarg Head Chef, Grundo's Cafe
20. AUTOMATED MAINTENANCE ALERT: Number of ships in docking bay exceeds water and electrical external suppy capacity. Al least three (3) ships must depart within one hour or shortages may occur. THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE, DO NOT REPLY

I took screenshots of all the messages and the inbox when I was done. Mine were in a different order from yours, 333--I would guess the order was randomized for everybody, so we wouldn't know where the key message was.
