Nah, Sloth isn't dead. He'll escape, but this is probably the end of the plot.
Was there a plot step I missed where we decode the incantation to trap Sloth in the token? Or did that just come out of nowhere?

What happened to a certain blue kougra betraying Lord Sloth? And I guess there's only one more chapter left, probably. Maybe two, but not likely. ::.Tries to schedule the time to work on the IDB iteration of the plot.::

Guard This! Was that from some movie or something? "Resistance is Futile was from some star trek or something and there was an "Epic Light Saber showdown" from Star wars.

bahhh...sloth was defeated easily like that. I would rather to see sloth win and the plot is going for longer run (hence more war opponents).

think of digimon, a bad guy got consumed by a black hole, and then came back MERGED with it.
There's also a death knight monster from back in 2nd edition d&d, the soul of something so evil that it forced itself BACK into existence after falling into a sphere of ahnialiation.

MetalEtemon still gives me the shivers, what with the bad singing and all. Please, no more!

You guys really underestimate Lord Sloth's ability to plan ahead. A few minutes after reading the plot I'd already come to a suitable conclusion that would work for my plot and would probably fit within Neo's canon as well. (Besides, MetalSlothmon really wouldn't be that cool.)
Real question: is the token floating among the debris of the flagship, or do Gorix and Cylara still have it? I don't recall them picking it back up, so it's most likely someone will stumble across it to revive Sloth in, oh, say, three years from now. (Though I'd much prefer the idea I have in mind.)
