I don't think there's ever going to be a real "war". I am sorry if I am being too stupid or mean but I've simply given up hope on Viacom. That's why I've been far less active (being on about 5 minutes everyday when I used to go on 1 hour a day and was a very active member of IDB before, now all I do is update the dubloon thread although I must admit I haven't done a very good job and post a little, I've given up on most neopets related activities) All we can hope for is some battling so we won't be dead bored of neopets
So apparently a few of the Shops have a green glow around their base on the maps. Book Shop, Neopian Bank, Auction House, and a few others. And based on how it looks, those weren't all like that before. And it's not affecting all of them, either.
Yes, you are right. This is new as of tuesday night (in conjunction with the comic strip about Sloth attacking all neopets, natch).
I'm afraid to say that the green glow isn't actually new, it's always been like that!

Then why is it now at the base of Pharmacy, the Post Office, and the Neolodge as well?
It's too obviously placed to be a normal part of the map.

No, don't do that. Remember when people thought Altador was sinking during the last plot, and it was really just a graphic design flaw? The same thing is happening here.
