I do 1p and 2p battledome frequently. So I'd like the set mainly for both because 1p weapons are sometimes worse than 2p. Really have no clue of my budget. I'll say I restock a multi-million item every 2 weeks.

First, heal your pet's HP back to full. LOL.

With a 23 icon constant, the only thing suitable for upgrading is perhaps, adding another >13 constant. After that, you might want to consider a good shield because the only thing you can block right now is 5 water icons. Ghostkershield may be a good option.

Since I'm nowhere near 24mil, I'll leave suggestions open to every other forumer here. Good luck =)

Sell HP budget goes to about 25m
Buy Glittery Faerie Dust
and Gbomb

Sell HP budget goes to about 25m
Buy Pirates Captain Cutlass
and Gbomb

and Gshield

Of your options I'd pick PCC+ gbomb. I'm not sure why you are not going to sell the hoban's hat. If it has emotional value then keep it, but if it's for investment, you might want to consider the RoTL. although currently overinflated, it's only a bit more than gshield.
I personally like all offensive so that's why I pick PCC ("unblockable" multi-use) combined with gbomb to freeze bomb ^_^

To play around with your set more I'd sell the BoD and hoban's hat and within a month buy a RoTL, so that you don't get poked in the back by SoS. Also if you've got extra cash, you can have a 9th weapon to rotate with purple sticky hand. Being offensive, Hpot might be a good idea, or perhaps a SoS in the long term. Defensively, I guess you could keep your hoban's hat, or choose something like a reflector or dual duty, although I'd prefer keeping on the offensive side ^_^

only keeping Hobans Hat for a little longer it is a semi-investment got it for real cheap so when i think i held on to it for enough i will sell
i kinda made my mind on the third option but i like your suggestion and didn't buy the weapons so i may consider it
