Anyone know if there's been another NQI reset? I had a game going earlier this year (working towards getting the avatar), but when I went to see where I was all I get is the "Click here to start a new game in Normal mode" screen. And yes, I've tried checking all 4 of my pets, not just the one I think I was playing the game with earlier this year.
I remember the big NQI reset that happened a few years back and was wondering if it had happened again.

Isn't it pet based? (I remember losing my first game cause I dropped little dude into the pound) maybe you just need to change your active pet to get access to the game you already started.

She, and I think this happened to me before, too. I'm pretty sure I had to restart the game even though I definitely used the same pet.
i also had my game reset, which is the reason i am trying to hurry through neoquest this time, because i dont want to lose the game again
They posted an editorial answer about this recently:
Hey TNT, do you guys normally delete things like Neoquest data when it's left alone for too long? Ages ago, I played Neoquest 1 with my Kyrii suspicious_joey and stopped when I acquired a certain avatar, but now over a year later I've found my game's been deleted and I've had to start again totally from scratch! (This time I'm playing on lupine_canine instead). I might have transferred suspicious_joey to my side account and back a couple times during the intermission, but in the past that didn't effect it, so why should it now? ~pacmanite
Mr. Insane has informed us that Neoquest games that have not been touched for a year are purged from the system. If you have a game you don't want to lose, we recommend you make a move every once in awhile to keep the game going.
