The drop rate might very well have been increased. I found an average of 1 scroll per run, which is about 5 times the normal drop rate. There was an average of about 1 mastery book per 2 runs, which is also way higher than our previous drop rate.

(EDIT:- I wont be on maple for a few days, ordering a power supply online for my computer, so I wont have a comp to play while possibly upto the weekend.. if its ok to send them via duey, let me know, I can jump on the spare comp to send mesos at least, cant play maple on it, but it will load it do mule and send mesos..)
I believe the sender pays the additional taxes, which is 5k mesos plus a percentage, so the receiver doesn't lose anything.
