no one seems to have it...not in the trading post or auctions or shops, not even in their galleries, and it's not retired. So where can i find it? is it not out yet?

Also, Yellow Clockwork Lupe is R99, so it's either not out yet, or if it's out, hidden somewhere. There's a possibility someone used it, since it's a one-use item.

In any case, this forum is for submitting weapon information, not discussion.
