Can someone give some suggestions on some dual duties with at least 9 icons and cost around 1 mil? Thanks a bunch

9 total icons or 9 offensive icons plus some defensive? I'll assume you meant the former, since the latter don't exist (excluding Golden Compass, anyway).

Cloudy Wand of Storms, Frozen Wand of Crystals, Thief Dagger, Sword of the Dead, and... the only other one I can think of is Dusty Magic Broom, but I'm pretty sure it's gotten its price-tag to well over a million.

Makeshift Ships Hammer and if you care, Scarab Ring

etheral sword, Greater fire potion and Amulet of inevitable betrayal I suppose.
They're not too great though

if u want to have a 9-iconer with defence , i think u can get some 10-iconers like

Scuzzys Comb
although they doesnt do any defence

but if u really want 9-icners instead of 10
golden compass with around 2 dark defence maybe ur first choice
others with at least 9 icon with defence like
ring of the lost
Bottle Of Magic Sand
but they cost more than 1million
