Welcome to WW 55 at idb forums
This game is based around the festivities of Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Rules
As the mysterious traveler settles down from his harsh journey, sitting in a cozy armchair next to a magnificent fireplace, he can't help but reminisce about his childhood. The days leading up to Christmas, that unbearable wait, being able to see the presents bought for you, but not being able to touch them. Then, on one magical morning, Christmas is upon you and, as if the world has been drugged, everyone is peaceful and happy, and you've got all those present to open. Whilst looking back on these moments with a great sense of nostalgia, the traveler realizes something. People seem to come together on festivities, regardless of what is going on. During Easter, every kid works together to find the mountains of chocolate hidden around the place. During Thanksgiving, families come together and bond, while thanking those who have given them their fortunes. During Halloween, towns and entire cities gather, everyone coming together in just one night, to share with each other candy and good times. And on Christmas, everyone shares in the joy and spirit of giving, and all is happy.
Getting up from the armchair, the traveler peers out the window. It's so miserable and dark outside that not much can be seen, but he knows that beyond the cold, damp snow families will be tucking into wonderful meals, kids will be playing with their new toys, and old friends will be reunited for this one night.
Suddenly, the door to the inn swings open with a loud bang, and the cold air rushing in chills the atmosphere. Curious as to who would come given the conditions outside, the traveler walks out to the Christmas tree in the foyer. He is almost instantly knocked back by a large crowd, almost running inside to escape the icy clutches of the blizzard. What could such a large group be doing, he though. It was certainly an incongruous sight; adults and children alike, soaked by the weather, with massive suitcases each. There must have been at least 20 of them standing in the lobby, which now looked awfully small. Approaching the most friendly looking of the bunch, the traveler enquires as to who they are and why they are here. He recieves a swift reply from the woman, who informs him that they are a group of lost travelers, caught unawares in the blizzard.
Satisfied with what he knew, the traveler withdrew back to his armchair, observing the new guests as they checked in. They all seemed rather hostile with each other, and there was just something not quite right about the whole situation. All of a sudden there was a piercing scream, staining the air in the inn. Rushing over to the lobby, the traveler saw nothing out of the ordinary. Scanning over the group once more, he noticed that the woman he had talked to earlier was not there. Shocked at this, the traveler turned to the group, yet they seemed unaffected by her disappearance, and continued to check in to the inn.
Running to the nearest person, a bald-headed man, the traveler asked if he knew what had happened to the woman. The traveler shrugged and said that she had been chosen to go. Confused, the traveler asked where she had been chosen to go, and the man replied that she had been chosen by the group to go outside into the blizzard. He explained how as each day passes, the group must vote to send someone to their death, or else they will all die. As if pre-empting the travelers next question, the man told him how the group had been cursed by the spirits of festivities, and now they must get rid of each other, until those seeking to destroy festivities are gone from the group.
Shocked by this, the traveler went back to his armchair. He had a lot of information to digest and if the bald-headed man was correct then he would be witnessing some pretty horrible stuff in the next few days...

Advent Calendar
Each day players need to decide which window of the advent calendar they want to stay in for the night. There are 25 windows, ranging from window 1 to window 25. Only one player may occupy a specific window each night, players cannot share windows on the same night. Each window may or may not affect the player that night. If a player does not choose a window then they will catch hypothermia from the harsh winter outside, and if they fail to choose a room one more time in the game then they will die from the hypothermia.
Day 1 Starts now and it will end tomorrow at 10pm NST, which is the 9th if you go by neopets time.
Roles have been sent out! If you did not recieve one, please pm me
You may all now post, have fun!

This game is based around the festivities of Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Rules
Werewolf is a classic RPG, role playing game, in which each player has a specific role and is responsible for cooperating with his/her teammates in order to help his/her team win. The game is generally pits baddies versus innocents, where there may be more than one baddie team. The last player standing's team is declared the winner, while all other teams receive placement ranking relative to when their last player was eliminated. However, beware everything is not always as it seems.
The game is split into two parts: A night, and a day. During day, the majority of events occur. Discussions, voting, and day-powers are executed. At the end of the day, the innocents vote to execute one member in a Survivor-esque process. Voting will be discussed later. After day, night ensues, where a variety of events occur. Execution is at 10 P.M. NST. Nighttime events happen at 11 P.M. NST.
NST = Neopian Standard Time, for those who are not familiar with neopets
Roles:
Roles are given out when the game begins, and are in effect immediately. An individual will receive either a role for the innocents or against the innocents (for one of many teams), and often this role is paired with a specific description--often which enables that individual certain privileges that helps his/her respective side win.
Roles are maleable. They may change, and often do. The conditions under which they change are not discussed here, but may be visible during game play. Roles of an individual are allowed by discussed, but there is a very fine line between the role and a secret power (to be discussed later).
Roles group individuals into teams, and it is forbidden to explicitly state any of your team members unless written approval is received from every team member one day in advance (24 hours). Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate expulsion from all following games led by this MC (Master of Ceremonies).
How to play:
The game itself is rather straightforward. There will be a day and a night. Day will be in effect until 10pm NST. At that point, the innocents will execute their choice, and night will begin--which will occur between 10 and 11pm NST (and day begins again). The MC reserves the right to modify the times of day and night, so be attentive in the game thread in case my schedule cannot cooperate with those times.
During both day and night, discussions are allowed in the game topic. Voting for innocent executions may only happen during the day. Any votes placed at night will be discounted, and you'll need to revote during the day.
Voting is as follows: There is a maximum of one innocent-elected execution per day. In order to execute, you must vote in the following fashion:
Vote: (Insert player's name)
OR
Vote: Nobody
in case you would like to vote for nobody.
To unvote:
Unvote: (Insert player's name).
PLEASE BOLD ALL VOTES AND UNVOTES.
Execution is decided by majority, which is 51% or more of the votes for one player. Voting is not locked in in this game.
All lists each day must be in before the end of night. Please try to get them in earlier than this though, because i'm sure you can imagine how confusing it will get if someone sends their list 5 minutes before the night results are posted.
If you die at any point in the game, you will move down to the groupies thread. You may no longer post in the game thread unless you are resurrected, and you may not post in the groupies thread unless you are dead. Rules involving the groupies are posted in the first post of the thread.
The Dead:
The dead have the groupies thread as their own.
When you die, you are not allowed to divulge anything that was not divulged during the game. You may, however, be resurrected, and so may persuade people to resurrect you so that you may divulge what you know when you are alive.
Finally, after death you MUST NOT PM people alive in the game about the game. This is an honor code, but out of respect for your peers and the work they/I have put into it, I expect you all to abide by this.
Rules (more summarized, but anything I may have missed that is referenced above still applies):
1. You may lie about everything in this game except for anything having to do with Secret Powers. If you don't understand the rules regarding them (see above), you'd be better off not posting about them at all.
2. You may not quote from independent threads (i.e. from PM to main, from groupies to main, from PM to groupies, etc.)
3. Exposing your team is not allowed unless written permission is given to me, the MC, 24 hours in advance.
4. Live players may not communicate with the dead independent of the main thread. The same applies to the dead--they cannot communicate with the living except through their groupies thread. In other words, a dead may not post in the living thread, and NO PMing at all. Again, honor system here so please respect the game, the gamers, and myself.
5. Upon death, you may not reveal anything not exposed during your time alive.
6. If any rules are broken, then you will be modkilled and blacklisted, depending on the severity of the offense.
