why is it you can grab perminent items from the clothing shop but not from the Neomall shouldn't cash buy perminent items?

Because, if they were permanent, the NC Mall wouldn't make as much money. The NC Mall is there to make money for Viacom, so of course they're not going to accept a one-time payment of $2 when they can get $2 every 3 months when whatever item you bought expires.

I've purchased a neoboard pen.

I'm going to explain my departure from my previous view thusly:

It no longer expires, and it changes nothing of the nature of the games, just communication on the boards is improved. A social difference, in my mind not separated from the differnces you gain with premium.

Yeah, I agree with Nightwind. I personally bought $5 worth of clothing when TNT said there is no longer expiration.

I'm debating buying $5 worth just for the pen as well.

Still not all impressed with how tnt sold their souls to Viacom...would be the same as selling their souls to Hades *shakes head*

I don't really care if the items expire or not; I won't be spending money either way. I have no objection to the NC Mall, as long as TNT keeps their "paying players don't get advantages" mantra. Although they've already broken that with the Featured Game ticket, so I don't really trust them.

Or they're disconnected from reality and just don't care. That's the way I see the Viacom half of the enterprise, anyway.

I actually agree with this Neocash system. I'm not going to pay for those services (I've enough clothes items, thanks) beacause then don't seem vital to me, but they are a nice extra for the people who don't mind expending money or like "exclusive" stuff. The pen or the Daily dare ticket are not a greater advantage than the TCG codes were, in my oppinion. And you can be lucky and get some neocash for free in the Quasallan expellibox, so it not impossible to get it for us cheapstakes, anyway.

I can see it getting worse in the future, but for now, my initial feats seem unfounded.
