and you've probably figured out that the Qmummy doesn't have a common icon amongst its weapons. This makes it really hard to defend against him...and since you don't have stellar defense, It'd make sense to go on the attack.
Stealing won't work, but try to restart often until he uses jade on the first turn. this can help you a lot. since he won't be able to heal to full later on in the battle. I like the idea of switching one of your main attackers namely Makeshift Ships Hammer for a single use...
onto single use. Makeshift Ships Hammer is easily blocked by Qmummy's defense weapons. I'd suggest switching it out for a robot muffin (up to you but QM can only block the physical part of this). Also the ornate fighting fan is a bad choice of single use because it is easily blocked by the QM. (earth and phys can be blocked)...
so go for robot muffins or perhaps there's an even better bomb that QM cannot block at all. As for p-pots, a good idea since you'll be upgrading from 200 str to 550 str! So maybe your final set can look like

oh and with all your extra cash, get a BoD or WoR (bow of destiny/wand of reality) both are pretty decent against QM...although for QM specific maybe a bzzt blaster if those are still cheap?
