You should probably upgrade the Velm's Healing Potion, so maybe keep saving for the Bag of Lenny Healing Seeds

How much does a BoLHS go for now?

Why are you using velms healing potion instead of greater healing scroll? The potion only heals 27 hp at your stats, the scroll heals 50 hp.
