How on earth could you only get 19 in this one? Haven't you had a balloon show up for you?
In the last one I managed to get about 30 tops, this one I can get well over 100!
I've had a number of times no balloons and no punchbag. The most balloons I have had is 5, which included twice the red and gold balloon together. Needless to say this occurred:

How in the world can you hit punchbag bob on the new one? when he appears as soon as I click an arrow key to aim, or the space bar to fire he disappears again?
never mind- i found that it plays differently in firefox and internet explorer- It actually works right in IE
