I can only find Viacom more and more greedy. They said they wouldn't give people who spend money on neo an advantage. They broke this rule TWICE and they added the Featured Game Card, which lets you get an extra 3000NP - 6000NP with $1.80. So what do you think about this idea? I think that Viacom is just scamming us.
Is that 3000-6000 total, or per day?

If it's total, then the black market exchange rate is massively better - (not that I condone any behaviors which are violation of Neo's T&C).
Wait, so the featured game ticket lets you play 6 times?
I didn't make myself clear. The card allows you to choose the featured game for 24 hours. So if you use the card in between days, you can get an extra 6,000NP. You can have up to 6 plays with the featured game when used wisely. Still, $1.80 and some time for a possible 12,000NP is a waste, a cheap way for Viacom to make extra money and a way to give people who spend money an advantage.
That's pretty low.

Also, moving to Neo general.

false

to some people, it's worth it

and I don't think its fair to try to govern what everyone does with their money

Ah, but see the problem is not spending real money on virtual items, because as you said it's their choice. The problem is that TNT vehemently told us that they would NEVER release any NC mall item that gave a paying player (tongue twister alert!) an advantage over a non-paying one.

And that's 3 times by my count (Shenkuu River rush item, Customization trophies, and now this). But hey, no one's really surprised by this, are they? How long until only the ones who pay get to use the site, or the ones who don't pay only get a "limited" account?

For shame, TNT.

Let's not forget premium accounts in general.... Ever since I went premium, my np cashflow has increased significantly mainly through super wiz snipes, but there's also the exclusive space faerie scratchcards and SHH events.
I don't see how this affects me negatively. If people want to spend money for a few extra NP's, let them.. Besides, if you would play a game normally, you'd already make 1k from it, 6k if you play it for two days. So that means you really only gain 6k extra for $1,80.. Not much of an advantage.

The point is not how much extra they're making, it's the fact that people can pay real money to make extra NP. And that is a direct violation of their promise in the Editorial that no one who buys NC Mall items would ever gain an advantage over those who don't. Honestly, I wouldn't have a problem with this (sure, go pay $1.80 for 6K, not my money you're wasting) if it weren't for the fact that Neo is slowly leaning toward a pay-to-play site. That, and I don't respect people who break their promises for no good reason.
