Scarab Ring for a headstart and earn more neopoints to build up your stats first.
Well for starters, chuck the two Cobrall Daggers. Chances are, you'd currently get better mileage out of the
Slime Potion instead of the Scroll, but for budget reasons and the fact that the scroll quickly becomes better anyway, I won't suggest that change.
A second Scarab Ring is never a bad thing. You can go down the route of dualing your existing weapons, or you can pick up a
Pink Squirt Flower to add icon variety to your set. Admittedly given the budget and your stats, it won't make much of a difference. A
Tortured Snowball or, if you're willing to spend more for a single use item,
Chocolate Chip Battle Biscuit, will do nicely to round off your set, but its understandable if you wish to avoid single use items given your current budget.
You can't really do anything with those stats and that budget at this point. It would be largely futile (you won't get far in DoN, and you certainly won't get many points in any wars with, those are really the only reasons to play 1p, since 1p is boring).
Sell both
Cobrall Daggers and your
Obsidian Dagger and get two
Unstable Slimes.
Put your
Ugga Marbleshield into you SDB. You won't want to lose it, because it's price is going to get higher and higher (like a plot prize) and you can sell it later on.
Then get a
Leaf Shield to replace it.
Finally, you should get a
Purple Sticky Hand for your stealer.
If this is beyond your budget, just play some games for a while, and then it won't be. (PM me for a list of good, easy games, if you don't already have one)
Also, lopolativo's petpage has a nice list of dailies; you might want to check it out.
I've never had much luck with dailies...Better off with REs.
Anyways:

The most you can get is probably a 12 icon constant. Just put all your neopoints into training first. At 8 STR, you're at the next STR boost, and you do twice as much damage already. So, when you get to the 35 boosts, come tell us again and tell us about whether you 1p/2p and your budget in the future.

On a side note, you may want to pick up a
Snowball Slingshot currently as i speak you can pick one up for under 1.5k, pairs up well with obsidian dagger.
And yuck get rid of those daggers, get anything even a
Bone Sceptre instead!

I'm not suggesting that you make an offer to that. I won't accept any offers for that lot. But the items in that trade lot is my personal recommendation for a budget beginner weapon set. You might wanna look into having a set like that, although like what Matt said, keep the scroll that you currently have.
