this is my set:

Psellias Fighting Fan
Frozen Wand of Crystals
greater healing scroll

[omg i dont have a freezer. i dont want one]

this is basically for 1p although i do 2p randomly when i want

i totez have 100k.
and i can earn 8k a day

Since your constant is only 17 icons, it would be very wise to upgrade it to a 20 icon constant when you get enough neopoints.

You can't do much with 100k, let's hope your rate of income increases so that we all can help you =)

If you're doing mainly 1p, why wouldn't you want a freezer in that set? you have 2 open slots that a cheap freezer and a bomb would fit in nicely

because that requires a snow ball and a snowglobe staff.

and i dont understand how they're over 20k

they are extremely bad

More like 16.6. Definitely not enough...

Since you are battling one player, I would advice you to choose one good shield that can replace your needs for dual duties. Defence, although less important in 1-p battles, are still justified in its use. So Leaf Shield would be a good replacement for your Frozen Wand of Crystals, especially in lower level 1-p battles, where your opponents are using a lot of earth.

Selling off Frozen Wand of Crystals will stretch your budget to 200k. Look into purchasing 2 9-iconers, one to replace the wand and another to replace the Scroll of Moon Light. Look into getting Essence of Esophagor, Ice Club or Stone Club (any 2 of these 3).

For your last empty slot, look to filling it up with Purple Sticky Hand to steal something useful from your opponent.

Equip your last slot with Leaf Shield, it proves effective in eliminating all/most water, earth and physical icons from weak opponents.

Scroll of Moon Light is only 6 icons and you are still keeping it? You should discard this for another dual duty Cloudy Wand of Storms and use this together with your current Frozen Wand of Crystals for best effectiveness.

You suggested Leaf Shield. Then you suggested Cloudy Wand of Storms and Frozen Wand of Crystals.

What I mean was to replace Scroll of Moon Light for Cloudy Wand of Storms. So that it can be used to match with Caramel's Frozen Wand of Crystals when battling.

PS: Frozen Wand of Crystal is alrdy in Caramel's set.

I know that.

But look carefully. Leaf Shield already blocks 5 earth and 5 water. Cloudy Wand of Storms blocks 3 earth. Frozen Wand of Crystals blocks 3 water.

At that level of battling, especially in 1-player where defence is less important, that kind of defensive set up is an overkill.

If you want to suggest a shield to go together with the two wand, suggest something that the two wands can't defend eg Mystical White Cloak. Otherwise, I would suggest selling off both the Frozen Wand of Crystal and the Scroll of Moon Light to get something else more powerful instead ie 9-iconers.

Hmm that might be a mistake from my part. This leaves physical attacks vulnerable. But the double dual duty combo's attack should make up for the loss in dmg.

For your last slot, u should go either with Mystical White Cloak or Purple Sticky Hand (~50% stealing rate, useful to grap hold of major powerful weapons in some opponents).
