I tested here with manhunter, and here are the results:

dealt 3 dark icons, 2 physical icons all the time

on 7 times I dealt physical icons to manhunter, his techo fist defended 2 phys 3 times and 7 phys icons 4 times

I think the def is still to be confirmed though, I'm not so sure about the constant 2 or 7 physical icons defense

actually, it does a various defense of 1 to 7 physical defense

has it been tried on a techo ? stats might change...
