Me either.

After a weapon from there gets to a certain number they no longer stock it, it may as well be retired when it hits that point. Right now I think all weapons are fully bought out, so until they introduce some new ones you can only get them from others who bought them originally. Which is why things like the Attack Peas cost so much.

oh yeah, forgot about that. TNT should add some new items for smuggler's cove.

I heard about this but I thought it was a rumor. Is there a reason or proof that TNT did this?

Reason being they don't want to get the market flooded with Peas, methinks.
And proof being that it isn't.
Seriously though, once upon a time poking into the Cove the maximum number of times without getting banned with a sufficient supply of dubloons was certain to yield you something sooner or later. Granted, the Banana Sword and Pear of Disintegration I nailed weren't fantastic, but at least they were something. (And checking current prices for those now makes me want to scream...) These days, there isn't anything in the Cove, reflective of how the weapons have 'retired'.

I remember seeing a lot of those bitten green apples when GIR told me to keep an eye out for SuAP for him (ah, how fondly I remember my nub days). I've never seen anything there of note, though. Of course, very little's been released in there since SuAP, from what I recall. (The Hair Gel, and...?)
It's more ironic to note how quickly users get frozen that catch the high-end weapons (the Peas). Even once SAP was first released (from what I'm aware), the APs in the market had already taken a hit. Likewise, when SuAP was released, there were few APs and only several SAPs, to the point where there were certainly more SuAPs in the market than there were SAPs at that time.
Now, though, who knows how many of each Pea are left in the economy. It is a shame they don't recycle in the Cove (or have TNT manually recycle them), but the Peas are drastically overpowered anyway.

I heard a rumor that if someone with an SuAP is frozen or self-freezes it is placed back in the cove, but apparently that's just a rumor. =/

I hope so.. I'd tear our my head if I'd ever get frozen and then come back to find my SuAP gone

I heard that the Bitten Green Apples were there to stop the ABers. I think TNT should keep like a certain out in neopia at all times. Let says it releases 200 SuAP and then after a year. 50 of these users were frozen, then there would only be 150 existances in neopia. They should readd the 50 SuAP the the Cove because these prices are driving Battlers and Collectors insane!
