I just got it from the meteor and can't find it on the battlepedia, so I thought I'd post it here.
Looks to me like it does 6 constant icons, 3 light and 3 earth. It doesn't block fire, light, physical, air, dark, water, or earth (in other words, it doesn't block anything).
I tested with Nevi_Kodesh:

Can we get screenshots (or at least damage numbers)? The icons might be fractional.
Good point, sorry about that. I checked for fractional numbers, but here's my results.
Nevi's damage when cautious attacking against a frozen opponent was 15, against a fiercely attacking opponent was 21. I found no variability, it looked constant. Collecting screenshots now... (I'm not sure how many you want, so I'll put up this one of reciprocal cautious attacks until I'm told you want more)

Just wrong name?
It does look like it. Being as I searched for 'meteor' it would explain why I couldn't find it.
I don't think they'd have two items so similar as to have the same stats and picture but different names.
