yeah kirby looks really weak in that video...and it seems almost all the characters can do 1 hit KOs o_O...everything just seems so powered up. I like link's sword atk...and some of the atks are just kind of stupid

Some important things to remember include:

1) The 2nd player in those videos was nonexistent, so there was no attempt to jump back to the stage.
2) Some attacks (such as Link's) hit only one target, while Kirby's damages everyone.
3) Some attacks, such as Metaknight's, can miss.

Some of those are downright scary. IC chainthrows, infinite Falco lasers, and infinite wallshining... hope some of that's fixed for the US release.

I'm excited.

I'm not sure about my main...it is definitely between King Dedede, Metaknight, Pit, Olimar, Link, Ike, Yoshi, Fox, or Lucas. At least until I unlock Jigglypuff.

oh wow picking mains already ... I'd like to try out the link(s) and maybe stick with falco since he was my main in melee and link was my fav in 64 Perhaps my melee 2nd Marth will prove good in brawl. But who knows, I think with the huge variety of players I might have multiple mains until I can decide on a best char for me

Am I weird if I have never actually tried any characters except Yoshi?

Yoshi works for me, as soon as he fails me I'll switch

I'm a big Yoshi fan too. I play Jiggly and Luigi for a while, and once my brothers are used to that, I go Yoshi and play entirely differently.

I'm too much of a Pikmin fan to pass up on an Olimar main. I'll be backing it up with Pokemon Trainer, though. (When my brother isn't. It's kind of sad, he lost Mewtwo and Roy. Luckily, his main is Bowser. He really want to play Giga Bowser. I hope will be able to take over for him as backups.) My other brother will stick with Kirby.

*isn't thinking of permanent mains, just out of the starting characters, which one looks like they fit my personality* Once I get Jiggly I'll probably play as her.

Her smash is kinda lame though.
