To unlock Mr.Game and Watch, you must play 1,000 VS mode matches.

Actually the Nintendo Power guide specifies three ways to unlock him:

1. Play 1000 VS. matches (yeah right)
2. Beat the Target Test with all characters other than G&W
3. Beat Classic AND Adventure with all characters other than G&W

I think I'm not getting brawl. I have melee, so I'd rather get something like the Namco Tales' series.
i think that my game is a bit wrong... i had to do event matches for getting pichu! i have seen in guides that you can get it clearing clasic/adventure with mewtwo, but well, now lets start to clear those target test... and get the sherifff trophy in the process...
SSBB has Sonic as a playable character!

Shame Seriously, online play, all the new characters, all the added items, and the Subspace Emissary don't interest you? Brawl is going to be 5x the game Melee was (I hope XD)

Looks rather "meh" to me... GameCube controller > all imo...

But it will still be fun to try them all out, and the nunchuk will probably be better anywayz.
I'd rather use the GameCube controller, which is compatible.

Don't have an X-box or 360.
Not a Metroid fan.
Played Strikers Charged and didn't like it to much. Soccer isn't my thing.

Now Mario Galx sounds good. I forgot that's coming out soon.

On Sonic Riders, it's a good game, but it was too much favoring 1st place. I always Play as Jet(who's default) and no one can catch up to me unless I fall or miss my shortcut. It's fun when you play with good players though.
Game needed powerups badly cause the ones in the game sucked.
Hoping the new version fixes that.
Oh yeah, one major downside of Riders was it could take a few hours to really get the hang of the game. It almost seems like the AI cheats.

Practice up by playing Melee =D

*smacks Gar with a wet fish* I DON'T want to see that game anymore. We play that game daily at my college and I'm sick of it now. We all want Brawl now because it's the same thing over and over. Though I have started using Roy again. I really don't like using Yoshi anymore.
Plus, everyone plays stupid Final Destination. I'm a PokeFloats fan because it's different.

Dude, get Brawl. It owns Melee just by the previews.
Though as a fan of the Tales series. They are good, but Brawl lets you play with other people and fight them. Tales lets you work with others, but not fighting them.
Brawl looks like the game to get for Wii and probs, like Melee, it'll stay big till Wii dies.
I can't wait to use Pit.

I'll try the Wii controller in Brawl, but I think GC controller will be better.

I'd play on PokeFloats if my siblings didn't hate it so much ._. And I can't stand any item on Very High, much less Pokeballs. Way to much clutter for my taste.

Anyone here manage to get the "No Damage Clear" bonus? It's insanely hard to get... You can pick your poison: Try to beat Classic without taking damage (Master Hand), try to beat Adventure without taking damage (long + sidescrolling stages with hazards), or try to beat All-Star without taking damage (LOL).

And boo @ today's update. One Assist Trophy is all we get?! *throws tomatoes*
I want to see a new character! I'm tired of the boring updates.
