I'm on insane and training before the lost city is getting to be painful (lvl 15 on Rohane and Mipsy). I just got 7 exp from a forest lupe. should i give up and go on?

Well, you should always go on when you're getting less than 20 exp per monster...

I'll admit InSaNe is tough. However, you don't need to be that careful. I restarted once in InSaNe. I didn't have much patience, so I defeated Ramtor at level 10 on InSaNe!!! If you want to be safe, just level up 2 levels higher than what you would have done in Normal/Evil.
And 7 exp per win is pitiful.

If you're as paranoid as me, then yes, training is very frustrating. The Skeletons annoyed the heck out of me in InSaNe, so I only proceeded on to the next area when monsters stopped giving exp entirely. And even then I still had to run out of there and back to White River City to heal/stock up on potions regularly! Be sure to be doing something else at the same time (watching anime!) or your head WILL implode.

lol yes that would suck, and as long as my game has been going, that's probably what i'm going to get. hope for the best, though... lol
