Just used one on itipuri3 to do a quick boost on his HP and it lowered them to 85 from 120.According to IDB :

This item cannot be used in the battledome, and does not permanently affect stats. If your HP is less than 218, it will set it to 218. If you have more than 218 HP, it will lower your HP to 218.

Posting this so others do not get caught out

Sounds like that potion is a lot of bull....

someone needs to do test with pets of all different strengths. like 1-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, etc.
