nearly 1m in bank, income 30k - 100k per day + stock market (sell at 60) (and starting food club)

Mostly 1p, zapping at the labray when appropriate, codestone training obsessively, 5 terror troves per day, festering fortune if I can snipe one under 1000np (almost never), and in need of a suggestion of what cost Kitchen Quest to accept in this market.

Next big purchasse:
Rainbow clockwork grundo, NQ insane weapons

The required data given, the question:

Drop one of my shields for a makeshift ships hammer, and what shield if yes?
No.

You should drop one shield, but not equip the hammer.
Consider getting a Honey Potion to replace the Leaf Shield or Patched Magical Hat.

Next big purchase is a rainbow clockwork grundo. I do not consider the honey potion to be worthwhile at this time for me, even as I save up for the grundo any temporarally required bombs can be single use muffins for far less in tottal then the Hp would cost, and be more effective.

The thing is, from Honey Potion to the Rainbow Clockwork Grundo is a million neopoints per icon upgrade. You could save 3mil or so for 3 icons less.

And besides, since you mostly, 1p, you don't need the variety, and I assume you use the freeze bomb method? Even more, you'd want to use Honey Potion.
The grundo will mark the point where I will start doing more 2p battling, as that will also be about the 125 mark and possibly 200 hp depending on how long it takes. So I've a reason for it just the same. Unless your suggesting I keep saving and get a ghoskerbomb as the next big purchase?
Honey Potion is only a temporary purchase or something like that. When you're 800k or so short of GBomb, sell HPot and get GBomb.
That's also another way of putting it.
temporary, and possibly investment, sell off at next war to gain 100k prophet?

So, the question returns to, "drop hat, or drop leaf"

and your recommending direct to g-bomb instead of clockwork grundo, thanks.
Ok. Let me answer all your questions.
H-Pot price will stay around the same since it has the same power and will not likely be downgraded. Temporary investment.
Drop either shield and SDB it. Some challengers have different icons.
G-bomb instead of RCG from H-Pot.
Since you are doing mainly 1p, I'm going to suggest rotating shields in and out of your set depending on the challenger.

In general, Leaf Shield will be better in 1p, as it blocks most of the snowballs that so many 1p challengers have, but Patched Magic Hat usually ends up a little better in 2p, since light (PFF, Pike Pike, GoC, Scuzzys, RSB, SoRF, BZZT, WoR, RotL) is somewhat more commonly used than water (Ice Club, Pike Pike, EoE, Goo Blaster, F-Ray, Bzzt, IBD, MST, UBG, S-Pot)

According to the aggregate data on Neohangout, K-Quests have a 31.34% chance of giving a stat other than movement and yield an average value item or NP bag worth 1878 NP.

Assuming that data is accurate and that the rewards behave as if truly random, the expected value of each K-Quest is 1878 + ( 0.3134 / Number_of_Pets * Current_Training_Cost ). You will save on training if you do any K-Quests below that cost and pass on any above that cost. A word of caution though, K-Quests do seem to Strongly favor HP and give a few more levels than you need, so you'll need to focus your codestone training on Defense and Strength.

I am also training movement. So what modification does that entail to your calculations? I have only a single pet, and I am at the 3 codestone training level. What does this make that result? What do you suggest to estimate the cost of three codestones?

Borrowing from Here on the assumption this will trend toward correct over time. A value of 6650 per codestone is given. Times 3 codestones it can be estimated at 20k. Your formula with the incorrect assumption returns a value of 8.1k. I don't know how to correct it to indicate that i DO want to train speed.

I'll train on the slightly incorrect assumption of 10k for now.
Adding Movement in gives you a 36.75% of getting a stat you want.

1878 + ( 0.3675 * 20,000) = 9228.

In the long run you'll save on training by doing any K-Quests that total less than that (but watch out for codestone price fluctuations).

However, as your income is listed as 30-100k per day, I have to point out that doing 10 K-quests at over 9k each is going to eat up roughly everything you earn and not leave you anything for codestone training to keep you stats in balance nor for weapons upgrades, so bear in mind how much you want to spend as well as what good values are.
