What is Boing ? I can't find an appropriate meaning on Wikipedia .

I don't know what Boing is either. I saw it this morning. I'll bet you I saw it before you.

Boing used to be a forum currency, you could buy items and pets, and could fight in a battledome with those pets. It was all removed however. According to finalhit, he wanted people to go on the forums for chatting, not just for collecting boing. It also attracted alot of members to spamming.

I don't think they're random at all. By the looks of it, Finalhit never actually got "rid" of them. Rather, he just removed the Shop and the part at the side of each post that shows them, but now they're accidentally being displayed again.

Actually, iirc, boing was lost when switching from Invision to myBB (apparently Invision had some security holes). Perhaps current boing was calculated by using the posts after a certain date.

so what do you think is going to happen to it?

Hmmmmm yeah. It just appeared last night... Seems weird that they would have that there. It probably doesn't do anything.

Furthermore, I wonder why Boing has two decimal points next to it. Can you have 15.84 Boing?

Ehh.. Probably not, TOSO. Unless there are items that take away a percentage of your boing. I doubt just posting will get partial.
