I am pretty sure that is rather good and you do have comcast so it can be higher but still good

Way better than my home connection, but my university ISP doesn't allow any P2P, so there's a lot of speed, but not a lot to do with it.

hmm... I suppose it could be faster? I hate Comcast at times though
