Why is my upload and download so close to each other? 0.0

If you are on a Tier I DSL, or sharing a wireless connection that could contribute to your download being slower. Tier I DSL starts around 728Kbps down, so if you are sharing the bandwidth on a home network, it could have been capped.

I'm not sharing with anyone and I'm not wireless. Its plugged directly into this computer and there are no other computers in the house :S

Only things I can think of is if your download speed is capped; the trunk line you are on is severely choked, or the computer/browser is either not optimized, or slowing it somehow. ^o.0^

my internet's fast but my PC's crap so that slows it down.
