Was it? I remember them hinting about something, but I didn't think they gave a date.

I may have misunderstood.. The latest mention was in the editorial, when they answered a question about inflation.. IIRC they said they would try to do something about it in this period. Although it could've also been for other things, like the lab maps which have indeed come down in price. TNT wasn't very explicit in what things they were going to resolve..
Also, they mentioned the new method of training (or something like that) a long time ago, and it would also take a long time, so it shouldn't be long anymore right? Big Grin I'm still hoping it's sooner rather than later Toungue

If not any of the above, then I would guess the market is somewhat saturated.. A decrease in demand, like people not having much time for Neopets these days, or people that trained hard for the next plot (which didn't come, so now they wait until prices are lower). And don't forget hoarders, most of the inflation is due to them buying up loads of codestones. Now that the top seems to be reached, and buying them up is quite expensive, the market isn't that attractive to them anymore.
two intervals in a row with a decrese, I'd love to see anybody with enough time to plot these on a graph, the averages on thire own even.

I've created an excel file for the data.

the codestone prices keep dropping, I wonder why? neopians liquidating to pay off christmas shopping debt? or tarla?...
anybody want to do a conversion, excel to graphs, to screanshots?
Can't be tarla, he tarlaed just today map piece 9
the reason to the dropping is that not as many train with codestones anymore as thery r too expensive...

this leads to a deflation
wasn't piece 9 the only un tarla'd piece?
