Hi
I'm working to get a freezer, I'm almost there!!!
I know that the most cheaper (and maybe the most cost effective) is a
H4000 helmet. But the
Freezing potion o
Magical Marbles of Mystery make some damage... the question is
Should I work a little bit more to get some icons with my freezer? and if i should, which one? water is less blockable than physical but the latter makes an extra icon.
In the long term, the
Heavy Blue Tunic is a freezer I should get?
Happy discussion

I can't suggest getting the Heavy Blue Tunic unless you already have the required intel to use it, and have trained defense to a reasonable level.
For the difference in prices, it's totally worth saving up a few hundred extra k to get a freezer that does some icons. Between Freezing Potion and Magical Marbles of Mystery, it depends on the rest of your set and whether you're agressive on the first turn or not. If you have constant that deals 5+ physical icons and you're agressive, the Marbles are perfect, allowing you to push some additional damage through a
Ghostkershield. If you don't have a constant deals 5+ physical and/or you're not agressive on the first turn, Freezing Potion is probably the better choice.
It all depends on your stats. While a 700 Booster would deal 30 damage with a Freezing Potion, a 55 Booster would only deal 3 damage. Perhaps, Freezing Potion would be best, however, if you feel that 2 icons aren't worth it, it's the least distance away from H4000 Helmet, although having 2 extra icons never hurt. =)

Well said, couldn't agree more with your analysis.
I just want to point out that despite the complaints some have about the prices, 500-800k per icon really is a steal at that level of battling. Compare
Honey Potion to
Rainbow Clockwork Grundo - that's 2 million NP for a 1 icon per battle upgrade.
For offensive constants, upgrading past the the TCG blasters is going to run you at least 1 million NP per added icon for any step up, and at the higher levels over 10 million per added icon (PCC to GSword)
Thanks...
After all agree that some icons are better... but the parameter of choosing should be kind or quantity? (as a side note there are just 12 realiable weapons that makes 6 or more physical icons...)
About the tunic... while i save to buy it i can get the requiered stats. On this matter is not a matter of nps but time.
Do you have more words?

But from Honey Potion to G-Bomb is only around 150K per icon once per battle.
And from RCG to G-Bomb, it's about 100k per icon once per battle.
Right, GBomb is a fantastic bargain, and if the price difference between H4k and F-Pot/MMoM is enough to keep you from upgrading to G-Bomb, then you should likely stick with H4k.
Want to run the numbers on J-Pot too...?

I think that type of logic is misleading, because in making the jump from HP to RCG, you're probably interested in icon diversity as well and perhaps are contemplating deviating from the freeze-bomb tactic. For that freedom and the added tactical advantage, you're paying a premium.
To me, the Marbles and the FPot don't pose the same sort of differentiation from one another. In both cases you're looking to freeze, and in both cases you're looking to throw a few icons in there. Strategically, they are practically the same. While I agree doing those icon is currently economically viable given the H4K's price (as opposd to not doing those icons), I personally view physical as inferior to water in terms of icon type. By that I feel as if you're more likely to pierce with water than you are with physical. And so, not only do I not think you're not getting bang for the buck in terms of icon quantity (which is perfectyl reasonable if you're gettnig a tactical edge in any way shape or form), but I don't think you're paying the premium for icon diversity (which would be the hypothetical tactical advantage). To me, the beauty of the marbles is that its a HT Freezer, and honestly that's about it. If you've got another million to spend, then sure, why not? But otherwise, there are better things to put your NP into.
That's just my $.02 though

J-Pot? As in Jhudoras Potion?
This weapon does, on average, about three more icons than the Sword of Skardsen, and costs a million less. The only problem is, IT'S ONLY ONCE PER BATTLE!!! LAWL

Well, if your opponent burrows as you bomb expecting G-bomb or H-pot...
EDIT: I love how this went from a discussion about freezers to a discussion about bombs
