lets have a preliminary see of your set:

Scarab Ring
2xIce Club
Purple Sticky Hand
Blue Scorchstone
Snowglobe Staff
Downsize!
Leaf Shield

Scarab ring is a nice dual dutty that defeat most of the weapons of the 1p opponents fo the level, get dual Ice Club for a good constant attack, keep Purple Sticky Hand because it van serve you well, downgrade to Blue Scorchstone because until you are over 30 hp you doesnt heal when you have 0 hp and also Blue SS heals after damage so its better. Snowglobe Staff freezes better than Green FC, and Downsize! will block half of opponents attack
OK. Is there any certain way I should train?
About training, it hurts that youre now over the cheap and quick training barrier, appart of the training schools you now must considerate doing Kitchen Quests and Scratchcards. About the Kitchen Quests they are worth only if they go cheaper than your codestone/dubloon training. some of the guys here may advise you better about the training.
Regarding training, the last thing you should do is scratchcards. Your level is way too high already. At your HP/Str/Def, you should have about 18-19 level. Had you stayed below 20, you could've saved a lot in training and got your strength and defence to the 35 boost. Scratchcards boost level, and you don't need that, for now.

Regards to the Kitchen Quest, your average cost of training is quite low. A five dubloon coin goes for 10-11k approximately on the shop wiz, and that means a viable kitchen quest is really 1/3-1/4 of that. I am a frequent kitchen quest user (6 codestones for me *shudder*) and I have very rarely, if at all, seen a kitchen quest cost 2-3k total.

For example, the kitchen quest is very viable for me simply because 6 codestones cost a lot. Main codestones these days go for 8-9k each and if I get asked for multiple ones of them, the cost is really high. In this case, kitchen quests are good since one stat point for me is about 30k (assuming average codestone price is 5k) and if a kitchen quest costs less than 10k for me (which isn't unlikely at all), I go for it.

Don't do kitchen quests unless its an absolute bargain since there are no guarantees in kitchen quests and your cost of training isn't high yet.

At your level right now, I suggest you just keep going with the training schools (MI if they don't ask for the really expensive ones and KI if they do). Anyways, just do some comparison shopping and find which one (codestones or dubloons) are worth less that day and use that. Get your HP/Str/Def to 44 and work from there, adding 2 to each of those three stats for every level you add. Remember, the boost is at 35.

You can also consider lowering your level by 2 somehow. It gives you A LOT cheaper training, especially with your low budget. Try the deadly dice or the lab (if you have that) if you want to go this route. Of course, there is some risk involved in this too (may increase your level instead of decrease or decrease it too much).
Well I have the lab but I don't want to change my pets colour or pet kind. And Deadly dice is from 3:30-4:00 am here.
Your set is worth roughly 150k, and you have 100k to spare... I'll say that these weapons will cost 250k.

I recommend...

Scarab Ring x2 (4k)
Makeshift Ships Hammer x2 (120k)
Snowglobe Staff (20k)
Patched Magical Hat (20k)
Blue Scorchstone (30k) (you don't need greater healing scroll at this level)
Downsize! (6k)

Scarab Rings, Patched Magical Hats, and Downsize! should be all the defense you need, and they compliment each other nicely. Makeshift Ships Hammer will be your main attacker, dealing 16 icons and defending 6 icons when you use both together, since you only have 33HP, you don't need a Greater Healing Scroll. Blue Scorchstone heals 30 and overheals. Green Frost Cannon rarely freezes, so that's why you should get Patched Magical Hat.

Hope this helps!

Then you're stuck with paying more for training. Nonetheless, it should still be the best method of training for you.
